Wir freuen uns, die Veranstaltungsreihe „IP Summer Course – Obtaining, Enforcing and Evaluating Intellectual Property Rights in Europe“ auch für das Jahr 2023 ankündigen zu dürfen. Vom 29. Juni bis 8. Juli 2023 sind Unternehmensjuristen, Patent- und Markenmanager sowie IP-Experten nach München eingeladen, sich in zahlreichen Seminaren über wichtige Aspekte der Erlangung, Bewertung und Lizensierung von geistigem Eigentum in Europa sowie grundlegende Strategien des Marken-, Patent- und Geschäftsgeheimnisschutzes zu informieren.

Die Veranstaltung besteht aus den beiden Modulen „Patents and Beyond – Trademarks, Designs, Copyright, Trade Secrets“ sowie „Patents, Utility Models and Designs“. Die Module sind einzeln, aber auch als Paket buchbar.

Geleitet werden die Seminare sowohl von BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT Patent- und Rechtsanwälten als auch von namhaften Gasttutoren aus Wissenschaft und Praxis. Die Veranstaltung wird in englischer Sprache durchgeführt.
