IP Summer Course 2023

June 29 to July 8, 2023, at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich

We are pleased to announce the event series “IP Summer Course – Obtaining, Enforcing and Evaluating Intellectual Property Rights in Europe” also for the year 2023. From June 29 to July 8, 2023, in-house counsel, patent managers as well as IP experts are invited to Munich to learn about important aspects of obtaining, evaluating and licensing intellectual property in Europe as well as basic strategies of patent and trade secret protection in numerous seminars.

The course consists of the two modules “Patents and Beyond – Trade Marks, Designs, Copyright, Trade Secrets” and “Patents, Utility Models and Designs”. The modules can be booked individually or as a package.

The seminars will be led by BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT patent attorneys and attorneys at law as well as by renowned guest tutors from science and practice. The event will be held in English.

July 1, 2023, 1.00 p.m.: Half-day excursion to Upper Bavaria including boat ride on Lake Starnberg
July 7, 2023, 7.00 p.m.: Closing dinner at Paulaner am Nockerberg
July 8, 2023, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Full-day excursion to Upper Bavaria including a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle.

Please note: The fee includes all conference materials, lunch, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, opening events and dinner, and the excursions on July 1 and 8, 2023.
