Financial Times: BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT again among the Leading Patent Law Firms 2024

Since 2019, the British business newspaper Financial Times has published an annual ranking of the most recommended patent law firms in Europe. As has been the case since the first publication, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT was once again rated as a “Leading Patent Law Firm” in 2024.

Thanks to the patent attorneys’ broad expertise in the industrial sectors of Biotechnology, Food & Healthcare, Chemistry & Pharmacy, IT & Software, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Physics as well as Materials & Nano Technology, the full-service IP boutique was recommended for all six sectors surveyed.

The latest annual listing of the leading patent law firms in Europe is based on an online survey conducted by Financial Times research partner Statista. Dr. Martin Schaefer also receives special recognition as “Lawyer of the Year 2025” in the “Entertainment Law” category.
The BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and attorney at law works at the Berlin office in the field of copyright law and copyright contract law in the music, literature, visual arts, design, architecture, science, software and games sectors.
