Martin Erbacher studied chemistry at the University of Bremen and worked as a research associate at the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the University of Bremen. In his diploma thesis he was working on synthesis and application of metallic nanoparticles. He received his PhD in the field of synthesis of organic dyes, electrochemistry, and dye sensitized solar cells.
Martin Erbacher joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in April 2011. He deals with all industrial property matters. Following his training in all areas of intellectual property rights, he was registered as a German patent attorney in 2014. Since 2015, he is a European patent attorney and registered representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Martin Erbacher is a member of the Federal Association of German Patent Attorneys, the Association of Intellectual Property Experts (VPP), and the German Chemists Society (GDCh).
