The issue “FOCUS Special – Law & Advice 2021 – Top Lawyers / Corporate Law Firms in Germany” (September 2021) again ranks BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT 2021 among the top law firms in Germany in the areas of “Patent Law” and “Trademark Law”.

FOCUS developed the methodology for the survey of the top list together with the research institute FactField. This year, around 2,700 lawyers from commercial law firms and companies took part. The law firms included on the list have made a special name for themselves in their respective fields.

The Patent Lawyer again ranks BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT among the ten most renowned law firms in Germany in 2021

“Most Well-Respected Law Firm 2021” is the verdict of the jury of “The Patent Lawyer Magazine” on BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. This year, the trade magazine again lists the firm among the top 10 patent law firms in Germany.

The ranking is published annually in the July/August issue of the trade journal under the title “A comprehensive list of the most well-respected law firms from Europe and the UK”. Factors such as expertise, industry research, ranking position in other listings, feedback from readers and clients, and the assessment of the publisher’s international network were taken into account in identifying the leading patent law firms.

“The Patent Lawyer Magazine” is released bimonthly in print and electronically and is the only purely patent focused magazine in the international market. Financial Times 2021: BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT again awarded as “Europe’s Leading Patent Law Firm”

The Financial Times once again ranks BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT as one of the leading patent law firms in Europe in 2021.

The firm is recommended for all six categories: Silver in “Mechanical Engineering” and “Electrical Engineering” and Bronze in “IT & Software”, “Materials & Nanotechnology”, “Chemistry & Pharmaceuticals” and “Biotechnology & Food”.

The current listing of the Financial Times includes 168 law firms for services around patent prosecution and patent strategy consultation. More than 10,000 patent attorneys and clients were asked for their recommendations between 8 February and 19 March 2021. The assessments of more than 3,200 participants were taken into account for the evaluations.

brand eins ranks BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT as one of the best commercial law firms in Germany

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has been awarded four stars and thus the highest possible rating in the special edition of the magazine “brand eins – Thema” for the legal field of “Trademarks, Designs”. The law firm is thus once again among the top 25 percent of Germanys’s business law firms recommended with above-average frequency in this area.

The award of two stars for the area of patent law is also outstanding. Here, the recommendations for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT are between 25 and 50 percent of the above-average frequently mentioned commercial law firms.
