Lecture on the topic of “Indirect infringement of IP rights in cross-border situations”
On April 18 and 19, 2024, the Polish, German and French groups of AIPPI are once again organizing a seminar on intellectual property issues.
BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and patent attorney Dr. Mario Araujo will also be giving a presentation as part of the panel ” Indirect Infringement of IP rights in cross-border situations”.
Other key topics of the event will include preliminary measures in IP matters before the UPC and national court practices, landmark EPO Boards of Appeal decisions and their impact on the national office practices, the new bestseller clause in copyright law and the protection of intellectual property in Ukraine in times of war.
The AIPPI seminar will take place on April 18 and 19, 2024 in Warsaw, Pałac Staszica w Warszawie, Nowy Świat 72.
The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, or AIPPI for short, aims to improve and promote the protection of intellectual property. Founded in 1897, the non-profit organization is aimed at IP professionals, academics and IP rights holders and has 23 active standing committees.
