BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT IP Seminar on 16 April 2026 in Kiel – register now!

How can ideas, innovations and emerging technologies be effectively protected – while also being strategically deployed within an organisation? The first BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT IP Seminar in Kiel addresses key challenges relating to intellectual property, artificial intelligence and legally compliant communication in an increasingly regulated global environment.

Across four focused expert sessions, participants will gain practical insights into safeguarding innovation, the patentability of inventions in the fields of artificial intelligence and quantum computing, organisation‑wide AI strategies, as well as the legal requirements for compliant environmental claims under the EmpCo framework. The speakers combine legal expertise with clear, actionable guidance for real‑world application.

The half‑day seminar will commence at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. Participants are warmly invited to stay on for a joint lunch and informal exchange of ideas.
