IAM Patent 1000: Best ranking for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT also in 2019

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has once again secured an excellent place in the IAM Patent 1000 ranking. In the ‘Prosecution and Nullity’ category, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT retained 1st position among the firms receiving a ‘very recommended’ result. The first issue of the recently published ‚Who’s Who Legal’: Thought Leaders Germany 2019 lists three BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyers amongst others Dr. Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann and Dr. Florian Schwab among the most important specialists for Trademark Law in Germany.

At the gala dinner on 29 January 2019 in London, representatives of the firm accepted the Global IP Award ‘Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year 2019’. Over 200 guests from more than 50 countries celebrated the award in Plaisterers’ Hall.

The Global IP Awards were developed by the IP Media Group that publishes both IAM as well as the World Trademark Review (WTR). An editing and research team of 16 people combining decades of experience in the global IP market identified the exceptional services in the field of IP.

The current WirtschaftsWoche-Rating designated BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT as TOP LAW FIRM 2018 in the field of Patent Law.

Recommendations were given for the solicitor Dr. Carl-Richard Haarmann and patent attorneys Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar and Dr. Matthias Philipp.

The Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed 690 patent attorneys and solicitors from 111 firms in this ranking. The lawyers were asked to name the most renowned colleagues in their line of work. The list so formed is subsequently evaluated by a jury of experts: The results are two lists with leading law firms for patent attorneys.

Kanzleimonitor 2018/2019: Once again exceptional ratings for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Industrial Property Rights and in Patent Law

In the current edition of the Kanzleimonitor, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT again receives first-class ratings in Industrial Property Rights and Patent Law.

In Industrial Property Rights, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is among the first three firms with 22 recommendations. Attorney Dr. Rudolf Böckenholt – just like last year – received multiple recommendations in the field of Industrial Property Rights.

In Patent Law, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT stands out again this year with a total of eleven recommendations to occupy first place by a wide margin. The ratings from the companies are also very satisfactory: BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is ranked in 1st position both by departmental heads as well as by other syndics.

‘Trade Mark and Design Law / Competition Law’ was mentioned with praise and it was stated that the traditionally strong brand management practice “has been expanded over recent years to include a good litigation practice”.
