The “kanzleimonitor.de – Empfehlung ist die beste Referenz” (kanzleimonitor.de – Recommendations are the best reference”) survey of experiences is published annually by the German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers (Deutsches Institut für Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen GmbH). The 2019 Kanzleimonitor survey was based on feedback from a total of 821 companies and over 5,000 corporate lawyers from companies in all fields and of varying sizes across Germany.

In comments on ‘Trademark and Design Law / Competition Law’, the manual states that the mixed IP law firm is in great demand by clients, especially in the field of trademark law.
