Kanzleimonitor 2018/2019: Once again exceptional ratings for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Industrial Property Rights and in Patent Law
In the current edition of the Kanzleimonitor, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT again receives first-class ratings in Industrial Property Rights and Patent Law.
In Industrial Property Rights, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is among the first three firms with 22 recommendations. Attorney Dr. Rudolf Böckenholt – just like last year – received multiple recommendations in the field of Industrial Property Rights.
In Patent Law, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT stands out again this year with a total of eleven recommendations to occupy first place by a wide margin. The empirical study ‘kanzleimonitor.de – Recommendation is the best reference’ by the Federal Association of Corporate Lawyers (BUJ), based on recommendations by in-house counsel, appears for the sixth year in a row. Whilst in the first year it surveyed 390 companies, in the year 2018 a total of 931 companies took part in the study. 10,744 recommendations for law firms were provided, 8,448 of these in Germany and 2,296 abroad.
