The offices of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Düsseldorf were relocated in September 2016 to Jägerhofstrasse 21 at the Düsseldorfer Hofgarten. The new offices are easily accessible for clients in the city centre and in the immediate vicinity of the Regional Court and Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf. The much larger and more prestigious offices follow the expansion of patent and solicitor business. “The move to the new location also provided us with an opportunity to create the requirements for further growth in patent prosecution, trade mark prosecution and IP litigation,” Dr. Martin Wirtz stated, Partner and Solicitor at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT.

In the 3rd edition of the “kanzleimonitor.de 2015/2016”, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is once again recommended in the fields of IP and Industrial Property Protection. In Industrial Property Protection, the firm has this year moved up the ranking to second place. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan B.
