This was the finding of the “Focus Special Top Lawyers / Corporate Law Firms in Germany” (Oct/Nov: 2015) in which BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT remained among the top law firms in Germany in Patent Law, Media Law and Brand Law. This annual ranking names leading lawyers and law firms in a total of 24 specialist legal fields. The list, compiled by the news magazine, respectively the statistics company Statista, is based on colleague and client recommendations (in-house lawyers), for which over 9,000 lawyers in corporate law firms and around 3,600 in-house experts were surveyed. The firms named in the list have made a special name for themselves in their respective specialist fields. The Focus Special is available from 22 September.

The offices of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Düsseldorf were relocated in September 2016 to Jägerhofstrasse 21 at the Düsseldorfer Hofgarten. The new offices are easily accessible for clients in the city centre and in the immediate vicinity of the Regional Court and Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf. The much larger and more prestigious offices follow the expansion of patent and solicitor business. “The move to the new location also provided us with an opportunity to create the requirements for further growth in patent prosecution, trade mark prosecution and IP litigation,” Dr. Martin Wirtz stated, Partner and Solicitor at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT.
