The offices of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Düsseldorf were relocated in September 2016 to Jägerhofstrasse 21 at the Düsseldorfer Hofgarten. The new offices are easily accessible for clients in the city centre and in the immediate vicinity of the Regional Court and Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf. The much larger and more prestigious offices follow the expansion of patent and solicitor business. “The move to the new location also provided us with an opportunity to create the requirements for further growth in patent prosecution, trade mark prosecution and IP litigation,” Dr. Martin Wirtz stated, Partner and Solicitor at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT.
At the new offices on Jägerhofstrasse, patent lawyers and solicitors will work together as before to advise on issues of industrial protection as well as on related legal issues. The focus of activity in Düsselfdorf will remain the establishment and implementation of international patent, trade mark and design portfolios.
