According to JUVE, the traditionally strong application business is growing, especially in electronics. Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar (physics) and Dr. Jan B. Krauß (pharmaceuticals) are again listed this year as leading names among those patent attorneys whose technical focus is recommended. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has improved its ranking in the “Trademark and Design Law” category this year to 3rd. JUVE states that the “law firm which is recommended for trademark and competition law has always been and still is one of the busiest law firms in terms of filing applications with the relevant offices”. In the 3rd edition of the “kanzleimonitor.de 2015/2016”, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is once again recommended in the fields of IP and Industrial Property Protection. In Industrial Property Protection, the firm has this year moved up the ranking to second place. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan B. Nordemann is recommended by name six times this year, followed by Solicitor Dr Rudolf T. Böckenholt with three recommendations by name – both in Industrial Property Protection.
