BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has improved its ranking in the “Trademark and Design Law” category this year to 3rd. JUVE states that the “law firm which is recommended for trademark and competition law has always been and still is one of the busiest law firms in terms of filing applications with the relevant offices”. In addition, JUVE’s editorial staff is “impressed” by the “lawsuit presence of the lawyers who have appeared in numerous Supreme Court proceedings before the European and German courts”. Frequently recommended in this category are: Dr. Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann, Prof. Dr. Jan B. Nordemann, Wilhelm Stahlberg, Dr. Martin Wirtz, Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski and Prof. Dr. Axel Nordemann.
BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is also ranked 3rd in “Contract and Copyright Law” this year and is described as a diversified “media practice which is recommended for its speciality discipline of copyright”. The law firm also managed to “explore new consultancy interfaces time and time again” and to “strengthen synergies with the patent attorneys”. Prof. Dr. Jan B. Nordemann, Dr. Martin Schaefer and Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski are frequently recommended in this category. Prof. Dr. Jan B. Nordemann is still cited as one of the “leading German intellectual property lawyers”.
