League Rankings 2024: "Leading" law firm

Recommendations in seven categories. Highest possible rating in “Trademark prosecution” category. 18 attorneys highlighted several times.

“Leading” is the verdict of the Leaders League jury this year for the attorneys at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in the “Intellectual Property – Trademark Prosecution” category. The trade mark team led by partners Peter Gross, Dr. Florian Schwab and Dr. Martin Wirtz thus received the highest possible award, together with only one other law firm in Germany.

The jury honored BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT with an “Excellent” rating in the areas of “Trademark Litigation” and “Patent Prosecution“.
In addition to the aforementioned Peter Gross, Dr. Florian Schwab and Dr. Martin Wirtz, Dr. Andreas Dustmann, Silke Freund, Dr. Carl-Richard Haarmann as well as Dr. Eckhard Ratjen were also singled out in the trade mark sector.
Christoph Angerhausen, Christian W. Appelt, Dr. Markus Engelhard, Dr. Steffen Schmidt, Dr. Volker Scholz and Dr. Jakob Valvoda receive special mention in the patent area.

The law firm was awarded “highly recommended” for the areas of “Patent Litigation” with Dr. Carl Richard Haarmann and Dr. Michael Rüberg as well as “Media, Sports & Entertainment” with Dr. Rudolf Böckenholt, Silke Freund and Dr. Martin Schaefer.

The jury also made recommendations for the following areas and lawyers:
