The US specialist publisher ‘Best Lawyers’ has mentioned and distinguished a total of twelve BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyers in the current ranking in the 11th edition of the publication. In addition, a BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyer was once again elected “Lawyer of the Year”. Prof Christian Czychowski was the only “Lawyer of the Year for IP Law in Berlin” to receive this year’s award.

The first issue of the recently published ‘Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders Germany 2019” lists three BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyers, amongst others Dr. Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann and Dr. Florian Schwab among the most important specialists for Trademark Law in Germany.

The selection was made “through thousands of votes and nominations in the course of our research, the market has identified that the practitioners in the following pages are among the very best in Germany in their field, without exception”, the editor states. The “Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders Germany 2019 ‘ “brings together for the first time the insight, expertise and wisdom of some of Germany’s foremost lawyers and experts in a single book”, the editor goes on.
