JUVE Patent Germany 2021 once again ranks BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT among the market leaders for patent applications in Germany

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is one of Germany’s market leaders for patent filing, summarises the jury of JUVE Patent in the current ranking and gives its recommendation to the IP law firm for the areas “Patent Filing”, “Litigation: Patent Attorneys” as well as “Litigation: Lawyers”.

According to JUVE Patent, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT enjoys the trust of clients in a wide array of technical sectors, increasingly also from Chinese companies. Large companies rely on the team’s IT expertise and its deep roots in the pharma and biotech sector.

According to the jury, the firm’s strengths lie primarily in patent prosecution with renowned technical specialties in electronics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and biotech as well as in litigation related to pharmaceuticals.
A large number of medium-sized companies apply to BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT for patents in the field of mechanical engineering, and the firm therefore conducts numerous proceedings involving a broad spectrum of technologies.
With regard to the Unified Patent Court (UPC), BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is well positioned with a mixed team in Munich and an office in Paris, JUVE Patent states.
