IPLAC discussion forum on November 8 with BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr. Mario Araujo

“Hot off the Press! News from the EPO” is the title of the online discussion of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC), which starts at 5 pm CET.

Together with IPLAC representatives and the Head of the Patent Law Policy and Harmonization Department of the European Patent Office (EPO/EPO), Stefan Luginbühl, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT patent attorney and partner Dr. Mario Araujo will discuss the latest developments around the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court, which started its work on 1 June 2023, as well as other important news from the EPO.

In addition, highlights of the U.S. Bar – EPO Liaison Council discussions on October 13, 2023, with a focus on developments relevant to U.S. attorneys, will be covered.
