Christian W. Appelt to speak at the 21st Dusseldorf Patent Law Days 2023

„Current decision practice of the EPO Boards of Appeal” is the topic of Christian W. Appelt’s lecture on 24 March 2023 at 9.15 a.m.

Appelt will once again be giving a lecture at the “Jahrestagung für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf” (annual conference on intellectual property law of the Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf) on March 23 and 24, 2023, at the Industrieclub Düsseldorf.

His presentation on „Aktuelle Entscheidungspraxis der Beschwerdekammern des EPA“ (current decision practice of the EPO Boards of Appeal) is scheduled as the first lecture before the plenary session on March 24, 2023. from 9.15 am.
