The recently published 15th edition of the reference work “German Law Firms” (Kanzleien in Deutschland) has this year too listed BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT “among the leading German law firms” in the field of Intellectual Property. “The mixed firm with a high number of specialist patent lawyers and solicitors is unparalleled in the industry.” It remains on track for growth,” the publication went on. In the very first edition of “kanzleimonitors” (February 2014), BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT was counted among those firms most recommended by corporate lawyers for Intellectual Property (trademark law, design law, copyright law and competition law) and takes second place in this category, only narrowly missing first place. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT – partner Prof. Dr. Jan B. Nordemann received the highest number of points in terms of recommendation by name. The “kanzleimonitor” is the result of a survey by the Federal Association of Corporate Lawyers (BUJ). To this end, around 400 companies from various sectors and of different sizes provided anonymous information on their legal instruction practices. This was the finding of the “Focus Special Top Lawyers / Corporate Law Firms in Germany” (Oct/Nov: 2015) in which BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT remained among the top law firms in Germany in Patent Law, Media Law and Brand Law. This annual ranking names leading lawyers and law firms in a total of 24 specialist legal fields.
