Three BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partners amongst others Dr. Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann and Dr. Florian Schwab have been named among the most important lawyers for trade mark law in Germany in “Who’s Who Legal: Trademarks 2017”, which has just been published.
A total of just 62 renowned lawyers have been selected for Germany this year. “Who’s Who Legal: Trademarks 2017” names the world’s leading experts in trade mark law (1406 in total) in more than 82 countries. The online version can be viewed at.

The “kanzleimonitor.de” is the result of a survey carried out by the German Federal Association of Corporate Lawyers (Bundesverband der Unternehmensjuristen e.V. (BUJ)). 827 companies from various sectors and sizes took part in the survey and made around 8000 recommendations. The survey reflects the practices of legal departments in 31 fields of law. JUVE has published nominees for the “JUVE Awards 2012”: BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT was nominated as Law Firm of the Year for Media. Each year, JUVE editors nominate the best law firms and in-house teams in Germany in 17 categories.
