On 15 November 2017, the 11th Göttingen Copyright Congress will take place, this year focusing on the current debate on copyright at the European and national level. Dr. Martin Schaefer will be among the speakers at the event; he will participate in the podium discussion on the current state of copyright law in Brussels and Berlin. The current edition of “Who’s Who Legal: Trademarks 2017” counts two BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyers amongst others Dr. Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann and Dr. Florian Schwab among the most important lawyers for trademark law in Germany. This year, a total of 45 renowned lawyers were selected for Germany, “who can truly be considered leaders in the field”, as WWL stated.
