Symposium “Restitution and Copyright Law” on 8 July 2016 – with Dr M. Schaefer.

On 8 July 2018 from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Humboldt University Berlin, GRUR and ALAI Germany will together hold the symposium “Restitution and Copyright Law: Extension of copyright protection period for victims of National Socialism?” in Berlin. The symposium will focus on the question of whether there’s a moral duty to make restitution for past wrongs and extend copyright protection for works of victims of National Socialism or provide some other form of moral recognition.
