Seminar “3D Printing: Risks for Patents, Trademarks & Designs” with Prof J. B. Nordemann and Dr M. Rüberg.

On 17 March 2016, the Forum Institut für Management GmbH will hold a seminar on 3D printing: Risks for Patents, Trademarks & Designs”. Two BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partners and lawyers Prof Jan B. Nordemann and Dr Michael Rüberg will explain the current state of developments and the impact of 3D Printing on Copyright, Trademark Law and Patent Law. Participants will be shown how they can protect their intellectual property, instructed as to the current legal situation and shown what products are most at risk. They will also be given advice as to what to do if printing data in respect of their products are found online. The seminar will take place in Munich and is aimed at lawyers and patent attorneys, in-house counsel, employees of IP departments, managing directors affected by product piracy or those with strong replacement part businesses.
