From 18 to 21 September 2017, the Interregional Workshop on Copyright Enforcement will take place in Seoul. The event is organised by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). Law and copyright specialist Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann will speak here on 19 and 20 September, giving a total of three lectures on the following topics:

  • “Copyright Case Law Developments – Current Developments”
  • “Civil Remedies in the Online Environment – International Perspective”
  • “Criminal Procedures in Copyright Infringement Cases – Practitioner’s Perspective”
