This year’s AIPPI Forum & Executive Committee Meeting will take place in Helsinki between 5 and 11 September 2013. Here, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and copyright expert Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will host the “UsedSoft v. Oracle – exhaustion online?” workshop on 7 September 2013. This workshop looks at the requirements for exhaustion and possible consequences for the formulation of software licence agreements. It will also be discussed whether this approach can be applied to other works such as film, music and books. International experts in copyright law will speak on and discuss the subject.
