Prof J. B. Nordemann hosts GRUR Annual Congress 2017 in Hamburg.

From 27 to 30 September 2017, the Annual Congress of the German Association of Industrial Property Rights and Copyright (GRUR) will take place in Hamburg. On Thursday (28.09), the expert committee Cartel Law / Working Group Procedure will come together and look at the question:  “Who determines what FRAND is?” This looks at aspects of mandatory licences from a cartel, contract and procedural law perspective. Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann will host the discussion as specialist at the interface of Intellectual Property and Cartel Law.
