Prof. Dr. H. Goddar with a series of lectures in the framework of the “Advanced Patent Law Institute”.

The University of New Hampshire School of Law (Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property), Concord, NH, U.S.A., is running from 28 May to 8 June the two-week summer course “Advanced Patent Law Institute”. It is primarily aimed at patent lawyers, IP specialists and advanced students and will be held by several internationally known IP specialists. From 28 to 30 May 2013, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar together with Chief Judge Randall R. Rader, CAFC, Washington, D.C., U.S.A., and Attorney at Law Prof. Benjamin Hauptman, LHHB, Alexandria, VA, U.S.A., will conduct the series of lectures. The entire course is internationally oriented and focused on relevant, practice-related cases.
