Prof Czychowski on “Exploitation and Risks of (Open Source) Software”.

The German Cancer Research Centre DKFZ in Heidelberg offers a training event on “Exploitation and Risks of (Open Source) Software” on 11 November 2016. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski will guide those attending through the subject and explain where attention should be given in the case of self-developed software depending on whether the software is for personal use, for open source provision or intended to be marketed commercially. In particular, he will look at the use of third-party software components (above all open source software), which is problematic for the exploitation and dissemination of software. The training event will take place between 10 a.m. and 12 noon and will be organised by the working group Education and Training at the DKFZ.
