Now that all events can take place live again, media:net berlinbrandenburg also invites you to the Producers’ Brunch at the Brandenburg Representation to the Federal Government in Berlin as part of the Berlinale 2023.
On the questions “Platforms always – Access providers never? What do the latest legal developments in Germany and Europe mean for the film and television sector?” will be discussed this year by a high-ranking panel consisting of
- Julia Kever, Senior Legal Counsel at Motion Picture Association
- Andreas Göckel, Deutsche Telekom AG, Law and Integrity, Head of Partnering and Innovations
- Sabine Frank, Head of Governmental Affairs and Public Policy at YouTube
- Dr. Armin Jungbluth, Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport (Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr), responsible for Legal Framework Digital Services, Media Law.
BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT attorney and partner Dr. Martin Schaefer will act as a supporting moderator. An introduction to the topic will be given by Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann of NORDEMANN. The event will be held in German.
