Leaders League Report 2021: BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT once again among the Top Law Firms

The rating agency Leaders League has again rated BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT as “Excellent” in the categories Germany – Best Law Firms for Patent Prosecution and Trademark Prosecution.

In the area of Patent Prosecution, no less than six attorneys were rated “Excellent”: Christian W. Appelt,
Dr Markus Engelhard, Dr Jan B. Krauss, Nils T. F. Schmid, Dr Steffen Schmidt and Dr Volker Scholz.
Dr Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann and Dr Florian Schwab are named for “Trademark Prosecution”.

Leasers League recommends Dr Carl-Richard Haarmann and Dr Michael Rüberg for “Patent Litigation” and Dr Volker Schmitz-Fohrmann and Dr Andreas Dustmann for “Trademark Litigation”. Dr Rudolf Böckenholt is recommended in both areas.
