The AnwaltAkademie is holding the “Karlsruhe Dialogue: Technology & Law” on 30 November 2017, which this year features the theme “3D-printing and intellectual property”.

The event will shine light on the underlying technical aspects of the numerous legal implications of 3D printing in various areas of intellectual property law, amongst other topics.
Dr. Michael Rüberg will be explaining “3D printing – dangers for patents” while Prof. Dr. Jan B. Nordemann holds an illuminating talk on “3D printing: protection against limitation by unfair competition – protection without IP rights?”
