In the second edition of the study “kanzleimonitor.de 2014/2015, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is again included in a list of IP and Industrial Property law firms recommended by lawyers. In Patent Law, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is ranked first – achieving twice as many recommendations as the next law firm. In Industrial Property, the firm takes third position in a close battle among the top 3. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT – Partner Prof Jan B. Nordemann was listed this year too with the highest number of personal recommendations. The “kanzleimonitor” is the result of a survey by the Federal Association of Corporate Lawyers (BUJ). To this end, around 578 companies from various sectors and of various sizes provided information on their legal instruction practices making around 6000 recommendations.
