BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in JUVE Manual 2020/21

In the current edition of the “JUVE Handbook of Corporate Law Firms”, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT once again receives very good ratings for the legal fields of “Trademark and Design Law”, “Competition Law” and “Patent Law”.

In the areas of trademark, design and competition law, JUVE praises the successful operation “with a combination of portfolio management and processes”. The “well-rehearsed, strong relationships with international law firms” are emphasized, while the fact that in recent years “more and more medium-sized European companies have been relying on B&B” is also praised. According to JUVE, the law firm thus continues to have a “solid basis in soft IP” in addition to its focus on patent law.
