“IP Outsourcing done strategically” – Forum seminar with Dr K-D Langfinger.

On 14.12.2010, the Forum Institute for Management will host the seminar “Using Services for the Protection of Industrial Property Rights” in Frankfurt. The seminar will illustrate how companies can develop individual strategies to secure and exploit their intangible assets. It will also show when IP outsourcing makes more sense for companies than establishing their own specialist departments. The seminar will also cover the legal framework of IP strategies as well as appropriate contract forms with external service providers. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and patent law expert Dr. Klaus Dieter Langfinger will lead the event. The seminar is aimed, inter alia, at managers and staff in companies with patent, legal and R&D departments.
