BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and patent attorney Dr. Daniel Herrmann (Frankfurt office) will provide information on the importance of intellectual property for start-ups on September 21, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the HUB 31 Technology and Start-up Center Darmstadt.

Using examples, Dr. Herrmann will go into detail about the patenting process, talk about patent strategies, and explain which aspects of software or computer-implemented inventions are patentable in Europe.At the end of the lecture and a Q&A session, Dr. Herrmann will be available for one-on-one discussions during an “Office Hour”.
