On 13 June 2017, the Erich Pommer-Institute (EPI) will hold a seminar on “YouTube as business model”. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyer and media specialist Olaf Wolters will take part in the event as speaker. The seminar will discuss how film companies can earn money with YouTube and what legal pitfalls are to be considered. Aspects of the seminar include:

  • YouTube as profitable business model – what needs to be considered?
  •  Contrast structure and YouTube basics
  •  Maximising scope and advertising revenue
  • Radio and competition law aspects /Regulation by supervisory authorities
