BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT: “Advanced Patent Law Seminar 2016” in Munich on 27 April 2016.

On 27 April 2016, the Munich office of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT will hold a “Advanced Patent Law Seminar” hosted by partner and patent lawyer Nils T. F. Schmid. The seminar is aimed at medium-sized companies with prior knowledge in this field. The patent lawyers Nils T.F. Schmid, Dr. Stefan Schohe, Eva Liesegang, Dr. Steffen Schmidt and Dr. Markus Engelhard will cover various aspects of patent law. The topics covered stretch from “Patent strategy: Opportunities and Risks” to “Enforcement of Patent Rights: Patent Infringement” as well as “Invalidity/Opposition” and “Licence Law”. The seminar begins at 3 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m. with subsequent get-together.
