Update Copyright 2019 – Seminar in Berlin

As is tradition, at the start of the year, this year on 23 January 2019, experts from BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT will speak on the subject “Copyright is everywhere” and provide an overview of key decisions and legal innovations over the year just gone.

Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann and Prof. Dr. Christian Czychowski will present the current decisions of the ECJ and German Supreme Court; Dr. Julian Waiblinger will provide information on last year’s “website blocks”.
