Victor Fetscher represents companies as a litigator in national and cross-border patent disputes, in particular infringement proceedings and vindication suits. The enforcement of patents in preliminary injunction proceedings and the defence against them are a particular focus of his work. In addition, he advises on licensing, SEP/FRAND matters, technology transfer and employee invention law.

Victor Fetscher studied law at the University of Freiburg, where he passed the University Exam in Intellectual Property with a focus on patent law. After passing the state examination, he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Tel Aviv University in Israel with a focus on ‘Law & Technology’. He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES), the German-Israeli Lawyers’ Association (DIJV) and the Venture Capital Club Munich (VCC).
Before joining BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, he was a research assistant in the litigation department of a large international law firm. Victor Fetscher joined the firm as a lawyer in 2024.
In addition to his work at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, Victor Fetscher is a guest lecturer at the Higher Regional Court of Munich in the training of legal clerks.
