Stella Euchner works as a lawyer in trademark, design, competition and copyright law. She focuses on the litigious enforcement of trademarks and the defense against infringement claims asserted by third parties.
She also supports national and international companies in their global trademark portfolio management as well as in the registration, transfer and licensing of trademarks and the conduct of opposition, appeal and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Stella Euchner studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a special focus on intellectual property law and competition law.
She also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Art History (B.A.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
Stella Euchner completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and worked during this time in renowned Munich law firms specializing in trademark law, copyright law and competition law. She joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT at the beginning of 2024.
Stella Euchner is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property Law (GRUR).
