The focus of her work is on obtaining and enforcing trademarks in official proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) as well as the judicial and extrajudicial prosecution and defense of intellectual property rights.

Nina Rücker studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the Aix-Marseille University in Aix-en-Provence, France.
She completed her legal traineeship at the Munich Higher Regional Court, during which she worked for renowned law firms in Munich and in Cape Town, South Africa.
Nina Rücker started her professional career as a lawyer in a major international law firm in Munich and joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in 2022.
