After completing her studies in physics at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, with a focus on quantum optics and quantum information as well as plasma physics, Jacqueline Fedyk obtained her doctorate at the Institute of Theoretical Chemistry at Heidelberg University. During her research at the interface of physics and chemistry, she worked on interatomic interaction processes, with a particular focus on the analysis of quantum interference effects using quantum-dynamical simulations.
