Hannah Dauer is an Attorney at Law specialising in strategic advice on the development and maintenance of international trademark portfolios, including conducting and evaluating trademark searches. She represents German and international companies in application, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) as well the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Her practice also focuses on infringement proceedings in trademark, design and unfair competition matters as well as the drafting and negotiation of coexistence and licence agreements.
