Global Fellows-Program of Federal Circuit Bar Association under the direction of Dr. Michael Rüberg

As in the previous years, Dr. Michael Rüberg will be hosting the Global Fellows Series of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, Washington D.C., (FCBA) during its Munich Session, from 4-8 March 2019.

The Global Fellows Series is a program dedicated to the exchange of the next generation of leading patent litigators worldwide. The selected group of high-profile in-house and outside counsel will participate in a week-long program at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft, Munich, where they will meet a variety of representatives from the Germany industry and law firms, as well as high ranking patent judges.

One highlight of this year’s program will be a patent infringement mock trial conducted by Federal Supreme Court judge, Dr. Klaus Grabinski. From the patent attorneys’ side, the group will be hosted by Thomas L. Lederer, Boehmert & Boehmert.
