First Frankfurt Trademark and Patent Seminar on 28 June 2017.

On 28 June 2017, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT’s Frankfurt office will for the first time hold a “Trademark and Patent Seminar“. The seminar is geared in particular at medium-sized companies. At the event, patent specialists and lawyers from the Frankfurt office will provide insight into targeted management of brand portfolios, possible responses to trademark infringement, and into patent strategies with particular emphasis on those suited to medium-sized companies. The topics covered: 

• “Brand management – properly structuring and organising brand portfolios” (Dr. B. Bahlmann)
• “Patent strategies for medium-sized companies – DE, EP, PCT, UPC” (Dr. K.-H. Metten)
• “Trademark infringement – efficient attack and defense strategies” (P. Henrichs)
