Dr. M. Schaefer speaks at CSUSA Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Copyright Society of the United States of America (CSUSA) will be held in Baltimore from 9 to 11 June 2019. 

The motto of the International Chapter Luncheon on Saturday, 9 June, is: “It’s All in the Contract – or Is It? – Will the Contract Law Provisions of the New EU Copyright Directive Affect U.S. Contracts for Exploitations of Works and Performances within the EU?” 

During the lunch, experts will present various aspects of the topic with a subsequent panel discussion. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT attorney Dr. Martin Schaefer will participate in this panel discussion with:
