As from 1 March 2016, attorney Philipp Henrichs (43) will join Boehmert & Boehmert in Dusseldorf as partner. Until spring 2016, Henrichs was local partner at a chambers in Dusseldorf which specialised in patent law where he advised on elements of trade mark, competition and pharmaceuticals advertising law. His move to the Dusseldorf office of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is part of the expansion in trade mark and competition law. He will also bring his expertise in the field of pharmaceuticals advertising and patent infringement.
