31 MARQUES conference in Prague with speech by Dr B. Bahlmann.

The 31st Conference of the Association of European Trademark Owners (MARQUES) will take place from 19 to 22 September 2017, this year in Prague and under the motto “Brands and Culture”. Attending the event will be BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT lawyer Dr. Björn Bahlmann, who will give a speech within the framework of the Workshops No. 2 „Injunctions: their availability and the requirements to obtain them“ on Thursday, 21.09.2017. The speech will look at questions with regard to injunctions from a German perspective.
