He is a member of the International Trademark Association (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inta.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INTA<\/a>), the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.grur.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GRUR<\/a>), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aippi.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIPPI<\/a>), the European Communities Trade Mark Association (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecta.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ECTA<\/a>) and the Licensing Executives Society (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LES<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>He regularly publishes articles in legal journals.<\/p>\n<p>The US legal reference book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestlawyers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Best Lawyers International<\/a>\u00a0rates him since 2009 continuously amongst the top attorneys in Germany.
