However, it was not only the goods (in the sense of the dry mass) that mattered, but also labelling obligations due to other statutory requirement.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, not only the dry mass was to be taken into account, but also the volume of the ready-to-eat preparation or the mass of the liquid required for preparation according to s.<a href=\"https:\/\/beck-online.beck.de\/Dokument?vpath=bibdata%2Fges%2Ffpackv%2Fcont%2Ffpackv.p20.htm&#038;anchor=Y-100-G-FPACKV-P-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&nbsp;20<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/beck-online.beck.de\/Dokument?vpath=bibdata%2Fges%2Ffpackv%2Fcont%2Ffpackv.p20.htm&#038;anchor=Y-100-G-FPACKV-P-20-X-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">II<\/a> FPackV.
